i actually dont mind the idea of instead of ultron creating vision, thus making them sort of father and son, i dont mind that if they are brothers in this universe with tony being their father,it would be awesome messed up dynamic and can see agreat relationship between ultron and vision of they are "brothers" in this universe

Enough said!

"We love that guardians of the galaxy is a full on sci-fi action adventure film. Then you have the techno thriller elements in the Iron Man films. Then with the new Captain American film, The Winter Soldier is a political thriller. So we don't believe that the superhero film is a genre unto itself." -Fiege

Brilliant comments by Fiege. Couldn't agree more.

That was an awesome documentary! Fantastic stuff. I loved how Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch looks.

Those complaining about that Quicksilver doesn't have white hair, I would like to point out two things: It's concept art, and his look may evolve over the movies to have white hair.

Kinda like Deathstroke didn't have white hair at first when we met him on Arrow.

Fiege is right. That's one of the greatest strengths marvel has, their heroes don't fit into the prototypical "superhero" category. They have other flavors mixed in with them. And they're playing to that strength with these films.

I saw the documentary posted on icefilms a few hours ago. The guardians and AoU scenes have been posted (only a couple mins max) but the rest was interesting. Whichever way the rest of their movies go, it's undeniable that marvel has changed the game forever.

Ya know....its concept art. Usually......theres a lot of it. You only got to see one pic of Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch each. So.....im sure they wont look the same in the movie. Imo, it looks good. If thats what they look like, and you dont like it, that sucks. Keep in mind though that they may wear more than one outfit.

I kind of went over how awesome the separate genres they use within Marvel movies are a couple weeks ago.

That's part of why marvel is beast. Each movie has a specific identity.

Maybe these aren't the final costumes for SW and QS. They'll just appear with them at the beginning of the film and then they'll wear something else.

Yeah, Scarlet Witch's suit is a little bit disappointing. BUT OMG HULK-[frick]ING-BUSTER ARMOR!!!!!!! WHEDON YOU ROCK!!!!!!!!!
Maestro
Maestro - 3/18/2014, 10:30 PM
Plus, Scarlett's costume looks pretty dirty. Like they're nomads which would make sense. Do people honestly think she'll look like that forever?

@Shadow
'It wouldn't make sense for Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver to have costumes, seeing as they aren't supetheroes, they are prisoners at first, maybe later they will adopt the costumes, which we will get a glimpse of later.'

Exactly!!

We'll probably get some gypsy origins for the twins! Which is cool because they are gypsies in the comics!!!

Yep, Whedon rocks!!!! Singer, THIS is how you make a suit!!

Hulkbuster looks amazing.

Pretty disappointed in Quicksilver's hair :/ I hope they give him silver hair later in the movie as a result of running too fast. It'd be a pretty iconic moment.

Made similar point hours ago in the "Marvel 3-4 movies per year article..."

batz11 - 3/18/2014, 3:23 PM

The beautiful thing about CBMs, they can cross many genres...so those saying "people will get tired of cbms or they won't be special" -- look what they're doing with Cap 2 = political thriller, when the next wave of monster/vampire craze hits, you have Blade, etc. The mystical/magical = Dr. Strange, already have the cosmic, space dramody/opera = GotG, technological thriller = Iron Man, Mythology/Norse = Thor -- Black Panther, Ms/Capt Marvel, etc., etc...not to mention, DC characters, the X-Men, Spidey...so many possibilities, so many cross genre/audiences...don't think they'll die-out any time soon...

Someone said in a previous article. To para phrase (people are hypocrites, when marvel neglects to put theyre characters in thier respective costumes its ok, but when other franchises do not there is backlash) my response

... That other franchise (fox) has costumes?

lol
