Says Digital Spy, "Asked about the possibility, Peterson recently [said]: "I would say watch [Friday's episode] 'Collateral'. His co-producer Kelly Souders also confirmed that the Justice League will continue to work together in the new installment, following Hawkman's death in previous episode 'Icarus.' 'They're definitely a very cohesive unit by the end of the series,' she insisted.'"

CANT MAKE THIS ANY MORE CLEAR...
in the film he DOES NOT fly until he is wearing the suit then he flies out of the fortress wearing it *which will probably happen in smallville*,in the film he walks to the fortress in the film *some how ends up in the arctic*...

I stopped watching Smallville long ago.. I just want to see Tom sport the cape. After such a long go, He deserves to at least try it on. LOL

Get to the flight scene already... I want more than a 30 second shot at Clark flying as himself, and not under the influence of Red K. I dont care if its in his Red Flight Jacket... just fly already...

He won't fly this week. In the preview, he lost his powers. This is just more fluff to make us tune in this week. I will be watching it anyway but would be willing to bet he doesn't fly like we are used to. Maybe he leaps a tall building but there will be no flying.

he won't be in the costume or fly until the final episode last 15 minutes, they've strung you along this long a little bit longer won't hurt you.

anyway the effects budget won't strech that far.

I hope this doesn't become a trend in the new era of CB TV shows where it takes 10 seasons till we see a hero in all their full glory. Do you really want to see Diana for 10 years or Wonder Woman? A decade of Bruce Banner or The Hulk smashing it up? Smallville had a good run but the anticipation of the cape and tights is old now. Give us Superman or give us death.

Clark won't fly because Welling is an impotent frick. However, I'm still going to watch on Friday, can't miss a single episode.

Yea he'll def fly before the finale, probably won't put on the costume til then though.

And they're obviously not following the way the original film went because it would be pretty boring watching him train in the fortress for a decade.

I used to be able to fly but the government quickly squashed that by taking my powers away and erasing my memory. But my memory is coming back. Shhhh

YESSSSS I really hope that Tom Flies but more towards the end, and title's don't necessarily give away what the episode is going to be about in smallville. seems like i'm the only person on here who has stuck with smallvile since the first season. I really also think that the growth of "Watchtower/JL" is important to the end of the series just like Clark putting on the suit and becoming Superman. But they can always do whatever they want to do when it comes to flying because IT'S IT'S OWN VERSION OF THE SUPERMAN STORY. I won't be mad if he fly's before the last episode.

I would love to see him fly but I heard somewhere that this may be the episode when Chloe becomes Dr. Fate and takes Clarks powers away.

At this point, WHO CARES?! I'm more interested (and miffed) as to whether or not there'll be a 2-Hour Series Finale, since the clueless producers apparently aren't sure, themselves.

After 10 years of watching -- WTF?!

'Nuff Said.

@TheZoan the closest he's come to flying is when him and Lois were making out and then he hovered an inch off the ground... i guess he was flying because he was turned on???

that's kinda weird

I've been watching Smallville from the start and have enjoyed most of what they've done. Do I want to see him finally as Superman? Of course, but just like everyone of us, Clark has to go through many trials and tribulations to become the man that he is destined to be. That's only my personal opinion though.

i hated this show fromn day 1 and i really dont give a rats ass if he flies or not cuz this isnt the SUPERMAN i grew up loving as a kid this is a tween tv show catered to NONFANS ill wait for Snyders superman for the real Mcoy as for the Wonder Woman show it will be her as a normal teenager growing up not knowing her legacy till season 6 lmao then from then on its her controlling her powers in other words another bullshit smallville clone

@JokerEl...love the pic with the blue jacket (I believe I posted that on here a month or so ago!) Never saw the one below it..I really like that one too!

@ajapple9...He also got off the ground a little when he was on top of the windmill with Kara...and NO, they weren't showing that he could fly when he was turned on...it was when he was a peace with everything around him. I'm sure that comment was meant to be funny but come on now, really...

@jimdrums...Chloe already put on Dr. Fate's helmet in the Season 10 opener...that's how she found Oliver...

@WhiteDragon66...I COMPLETELY disagree that this show caters to "NONFANS" as you stated.

1. There have been parts of Smallville that have been integrated into the comics.

2. I think they made a great effort to integrate things over the years JUST FOR fans such as The Legion, Doomsday (bad example but hey), Darksied, Tess, Checkmate; Carter Hall, Kent Nelson, Jay Garrick, Alan Scott, Ted Grant, Abigail Hunkel, Wesley Dodds, and Al Pratt just to give a short list...
