Continuing the epic big-screen adventures started in "Iron Man," "The Incredible Hulk," "Iron Man 2," "Thor," and "Captain America: The First Avenger," "Marvel’s The Avengers" is the super hero team up of a lifetime. When an unexpected enemy emerges that threatens global safety and security, Nick Fury, director of the international peacekeeping agency known as S.H.I.E.L.D., finds himself in need of a team to pull the world back from the brink of disaster.






Starring Robert Downey, Jr., Chris Hemsworth, Tom Hiddleston, Chris Evans, Mark Ruffalo, Samuel L. Jackson, Scarlett Johansson, Jeremy Renner and Cobie Smulders, The Avengers is set to hit theatres on May 4, 2012!

Why is RDJ not front and center, and even more, why is Scarlet Johansen? Iron Man is the corner stone of the franchise... Black Widow was a side character in a sequel. Seems like a poor layout.

WTF?! they all were taken in very different light setups!
Black widow & Thor = left main light,
Iron man, Hawkeye & Banner = strong rim lighting
Cap = no rim lights!

Not to mention they all have ridiculous facial expressions.

And since when is Gary Sinise Hawkeye...? ;)

What a let down.. :(
Still have high hopes for the movie! :)

Is it me or sad skinny Evans has a bit of that "Got Milk?" effect above his lips? And Renner kinda looks like an alien and Banner looks plain weird, while Downey and Scarlett look fine though their head miss a bit. Bad image overall, though as marvel72 put it up there has nothing to do with the movie's awesomeness (but it better not be repeated again in the future). :)
