Dark Horse who is a member of the website The Red Shadows was on hand for the UK Toy Fair. Here is the images and his/her breakdown of what was featured.

Saw all the Avengers and Spidey stuff. Oh boy, is it bad. Articulation on the Avengers stuff has been cut way back across the line. Most have no body, wrist or ankle movement. The Spidey stuff all has T crotches. On the plus side, there are lots of vehicles coming out for the Avengers movie. The Justice jet gets an IM style repaint, there's a new Cap vehicle that looked like a small tank with wheels, the Quinjet and the [frick]ing HELICARRIER!

Helicarrier is three feet long, has the usual firing missiles and shit. Looks pretty good but is only big enough for the Quinjet to fit on it's runway. The Quinjet is pretty big. Only one figure can fit in the cockpit but it has other openeing panels and stuff. There were no new Avengers figures apart from what has already been seen.
The Spidey stuff is horrible, just repaints of the same buck. Lizard is ok, but the design of his head is crap. He doesn't have the long snout. Massive fail.

The only new thing I saw for SW was this year's big vehicle - the MTT. It's quite big, the main gimmick is the opening droid tray. It has the slow opening mechanism that the previous big vehicles has. It includes 20 battle droids and a crappy Obi Wan. Only four of the droids are articulated though. The rest are pre-posed shit. Kind of a con really as the blurb says "includes 20 figures" Unposable blobs of shit are not figures, Hasbro. Dark Horse

Marvel's The Avengers picks up when an unexpected enemy emerges that threatens global safety and security. And Nick Fury, director of the international peacekeeping agency known as S.H.I.E.L.D., finds himself in need of a team to pull the world back from the brink of disaster. With director Joss Whedon at it's helm, and an ensemble cast including Chris Evans (Steve Rogers), Robert Downey Jr. (Tony Stark), Chris Hemsworth (Thor Odinson), Jeremy Renner (Clint Barton), Mark Ruffalo (Bruce Banner), Scarlett Johansson (Natasha Romanoff), Clark Gregg (Agt. Phil Coulson), Cobie Smulders (Maria Hill), Samuel L. Jackson (Nick Fury), with Tom Hiddleston (Loki), and Stellan Skarsgard (Professor Erik Selvig), the film releases worldwide May 4, 2012!

Attention "Dark Horse". More articulation DOES NOT equal a better toy. In fact the more you articulate a toy the less it looks the way it is supposed to.

Whoever these turds are at toy companies that envision superheroes on motorbikes and ATVs as hot sellers on the toy shelf are seriously out of the loop.

The only superheros that need may need a motorcycle accessory are Capt. America, Wolverine, Ghost Rider, Batman & Robin, and Blade.

Flash, Spiderman, Superman, Iron Man, and every other hero have no need for this crap and parents that buy these are out of touch with reality and need to stick to buying Hot Wheels for their kids.
