While we've already caught a few glimpses of the action figures from Marvel Studios' next two big superhero movie, here are the first official batch of images which give us a closer look at their costumes and accessories as well as a glimpse of what Captain America and Thor might look like alongside eachother on the big screen!







Thor is set to be released on May 6, 2011 and Captain America: The First Avenger will hit on July 22, 2011!

@XmutantX: Look at the way the figures are built. It's obvious that they're approximately 3 1/2 inches tall.

I miss the wings on caps helmet(painted ones suck).Captain America looks like a bald without the wings.

Thor looks like he's aged by a few decades!!!! lol And why do toy firms come up with stupid over sized weapons all the time? Hated them as a kid,hate them more now!
Overall though the figures themselves don't look bad at all :)

They look okay, but I don't know why they made up strange weapons that are bigger than the actual characters themselves lol. Why doesn't Loki have that Spear from the trailer?

cap looks gay, odin and loki look good, thor is ok i think on the thor movie ones they tried to hard to make it look liek the actors which is understandable since their the actors in the movie.... but cap and thor do not look good together in that pic i hope they match up the suits a little better for the avenger movie and tone them along the same frequency,....nalm sayin?
