Will We See 'Firestorm' On ARROW? Robbie Amell Posts BTS Pic With His Cousin

Actor Robbie Amell (who plays one half of Firestorm on the CW's The Flash) has posted a photo of himself in costume alongside his cousin Stephen, who is also dressed in his crime-fighting duds as the Arrow. Is another crossover on the cards?

Robbie Amell posted the below image to his Instagram account, and by the looks of things he's definitely insinuating that his Firestorm character from The Flash might show up on Arrow at some point. Sure, the Amells are cousins, but even if they do hang out from time to time something tells me thy don't get dressed in their superhero costumes just to take selfies. Anyway, we now know that Arrow is opening the door for some metahuman appearances so they could well bring in Firestorm to ease the transition.

They are introducing meta-humans to Arrow right...and plus Firestorm left Central City..not to far fetched for the characters to cross each others path.

To be honest, the Firestorm costume is one of the most ridiculous looking costumes in comics.

In all honesty he could use a fireproof suit like the Flash - but an exact translation is not needed.

When the harness is glowing and his heads and hands are burning, he looks resembles a lot of people's redesign of the character.

Firestorm is a cool hero and they have done a good job of introducing him a bit. I hope he develops into a full on super hero eventually

It's just not my thing. I can appreciate Flash fans like it (I was never a big Flash fan) but it's all a bit oh gee golly gosh, and some of the characters are SO damn annoying. Add a healthy does of CW cheese and I'll be running for the hills.

It's impossible to make a great costume live action for Firestorm, until in his comic sounds ridiculous, but the character is amazing, so I don't care about your costume.

I'm not saying all superhero costumes are ridiculous. But yes, I honestly detest Firestorm's original costume.



Hell I remember in Wizard's drawing book, an artist set out to redesign it in an example of "good costume design." This isn't his, but I'm just posting some redesigns I like.

Firestorm will look fantastic eventually. He just regained a stable mentality in the LAST episode. Why would he have a costume now??? That really would be bad writing. The matrix inhibitor that Ronnie wears is just a quick fix that S.T.A.R. labs whipped up. It's been clearly explained.

The A.T.O.M. suit I'd prefer to be not so bulky but maybe that'll reflect Ray's initial capabilities and his experience as a crime-fighter. I prefer the classic slim blue and red look myself.

@KelvTwelve I like those redesigns.

Also the music during Ollie's and Thea's breakout was really nice. I'd like to hear more of that kind of mood.
