Apparently the "Justice League Of Japan" was almost a reality a few years ago, and here is the concept art. There is something kind of cool about the retro designs, but of course it's also quite bizarre. A robotic Supes, a Battle Of The Planets style Batman and Robin and a "Racer X" Flash! I might be able to get on board with that Ultraman looking Aquaman though..
