CBM Top Fighter Rules:

You can base your vote on any version of the character (but preferably use the main comics continuity or live adaptation). For those not familiar with the character I have provided a short feature for each character, you can find it below the character's profile picture. This is NOT A POPULARITY CONTEST (That is worth repeating -NOT A POPULARITY CONTEST), please decide logically, you can defend your vote in the comment section, and you can even include descriptive detail on how one character takes down his opponents.

The fighters are all magically transported in the arena, with prior knowledge of other opponents erased. Technically this is still a First Encounter fight. The characters have no preparation time. But the characters are outfitted with their regular equipments, weapons, and other stuffs that are closely associated to the character.

Consider the character's personality and how the character will act on the given situation (will he fight dirty, will he be honorable, will he scheme or manipulate other combatants, etc…). The characters can use anything in their present surrounding for their advantage.

The Rule Batman always win DOES NOT APPLY HERE. Please analyze his opponentS, the battle, and their surrounding first before you decide. If you still think he wins then feel free to vote for him (the comment section will be a good area to support this vote).


TOP FIGHTER Qualifiers:
-The CBM TOP FIGHTERS qualified for this fight should fall in the Top Ten Ranking
-There is a possibility that there will be more than 10 Fighters in the TOP TEN due to duplicate ranking. In the case of fighters having the same standing (Wins minus Loses), for example a fighter who has only fought in one fight and won has a standing of ONE, and a fighter having fought in 3 fights winning 2 fights and losing 1 also has a standing of ONE, the fighter who entered in more fights will be given a higher RANKING.
-In the scenario that two or more fighters have the same stats (Equal number of Fights, Wins and Loses) then the fighters are given the same RANK. However, the presence of duplicate numbers affects the ranks of subsequent numbers. For example, if 2 characters are tied in 1st place, both of them gets rank number 1, then the next character would get 3rd place (no one gets 2nd place).

-This POLL would run for a whole month.
-Fighters taking part in "TOP FIGHTERS : LAST MAN STANDING" are exempted in the daily CBM Fight Club Tournament for that month.
-Fighter getting the most vote after the end of the month, will be that Month's Champion, and is eligible to fight in 2012's YEAR LONG SUPERBATTLE ROYALE.
-Monthly Champion will no longer join in any other CBM Fights (The Daily Fight Club Tournament & the Monthly Top Fighter : Last Man Standing Tournament, if the character is still in the Top Ten Ranking and qualifies for the next month's Top Fighter Tournament he vacates his spot for that tournament to the fighter/s whose rank comes after him), he will not participate in those fights until the end of theYear-Long SUPERBATTLE ROYALE, where we will announce our very first SUPERPOUND per SUPERPOUND FIGHTER of the YEAR.

How the hell could Deadpool defeat Aquaman and Lobo? And what about Hulk defeating Doomsday? Not a chance in hell. And yeah, Superman and Doomsday will be the main event. Or at least should be.

I was going with supes too, but apparently batman carries a kryptonite ring on his belt all time per DC Wiki. so with that being said he is allowed to use that. which means superman is in a room full of badasses and he will have no powers.....im sticking with silver surfer!

This is going to come down to

Thor
Doomsday
Hulk
Silver Surfer
Superman


Doomsday and Hulk go out quicker than the rest. They are going to get their asses knocked into orbit or teleported somewhere nasty. They have no inertia control or range ability when they are in the air they are next to helpless. Either way I see them fighting each other for a long portion of this fight.


Thor, Superman and SS.

Rune King Thor would take this….but average everyday normal continuity Thor I am not so sure about. If superman manages to take out SS I can see Thor Taking out Superman with heavy magic use.


If I were writing this though…..It just seems to flow easier towards a Superman Victory. It would be slightly more challenging though more fun to write the victory for SS or Thor.


It doesn’t really matter though. If anyone actually Kills Thor then they will incur the wrath of an Angry Odin and get toasted. If they just knock him out then they are fine.



Short Answer is Superman wins though I wouldn’t be surprised if he was in a coma for months afterwards

People that stand NO chance - Batman, Wolverine, Colossus, Black Widow, DEADPOOL and Blade.
People that stand a chance, but might not win - Hulk, Doomsday (Because unlike everyone else, these two grow stronger as the fight progresses)
People that I would bet for - Thor, Superman and Silver-surfer.

Winner - Thor just pips Surfer. Supes stands NO chance against the herald of Galactus let alone the god of thunder.

Deapool isn’t doing shit in this. Deapool is going to get vaporized just with collateral damage with all the energy being released by SS Superman and Thor. Even if Lady Death resurrects him half a dozen times during the fight the winner is just going to shove deadpool somewhere really nasty,(like up his own asshole) when they are done with the others.

Thor rarely uses the powers inherent in Mjolnir. He could use Mjolnir to vaporize Hulk and Doomsday. Superman can't take what Mjolnir is capable of either. None of the others can stand against Thor save Silver Surfer. I'm a huge Thor fan but I can't decide who would win between Thor and Surfer.

Haha! I still don't think Deadpool should be there even though he can't die. Good point about Thor losing his hammer though and I could definitely see Doomsday winning however improbable simply because even after Superman or Thor or Surfer kill him, when they're dead or really tired and weak, he gets up again with an immunity to the power they used to kill him. And pissed off.

Maybe, MAYBE when he had the Odin's Force he could take on Doomsday, MAYBE. But Movie, Current & Original Thor would get ROCKED, by Doomsday. Don't get me wrong, Thor is strong, but he RARELY every beat the Hulk. This site underestimates Doomsday completely. I think maybe the Surfer could beat Doomsday, because cosmic powers are something I'm not sure if he has had to deal with yet (correct me if i'm wrong).

Like my link says, Surfer has already faced Thor several times and has lost almost everytime (one of those times was written by Stan Lee himself and Surfer was quoted as saying "I have seen his mallet’s magic, it is truly mightier than my cosmic force!")

In many of those instances, Surfer had help and still lost. Thor even beat a hungry Galactus (Note: hungry so weaker - but still Surfer's boss and power giver).

its not an even fight if some fighters have had 8 fights like Thor, and others like Blade have had only 3, Superman 4, I think every character needs to have an even amount of battles

Hmm...I think that the Marvel fans votes will be divided mostly between Thor and Silver Surfer...thus giving Superman the lead since the is the only dc superhero in the poll that is in the same power level. (I say superhero instead of character because even though Doomsday is powerful, he is a villain and people usually prefer to vote for the heroes)

Personally, I think Silver Surfer is the most powerful, but Thor is the one with the most experience and grit.

Hulk and Silver Surfer will be the last 2 standing. Didn't Doomsday kill Superman?

Hulk gets stronger as the fight goes on. Even if Supes beat down Doomsday he couldn't handle Doomsday and Hulk back to back - much less Thor and Silver Surfer.

Hulk is the only one that can keep it going as the others fall. He'll get angrier and angrier and stronger and stronger. Hulk SMASH! "Hulk the strongest there is!"

@setsSister: I would vote for Batman just because you guys hate him and are TRYING to make him lose. Now I don't beleive in the "Batman always wins" rule, and I have voted against Batman in the past although if the fight gets that desperate/ridiculous I will (as well as others) vote for the person who would lose. Its so obvious Supes is going to win even though Thor should. Superman is the only DC character in their level so DC fans are gonna stick with Supes and disregard the fact that he's up against a god and a cosmic entity. Marvel fans will be split between Surfer and Thor (ahem Stan Lee himself said Thor is far more powerful) so DC will all vote for their poster boy. Smh.
