He must be devestatingly strong with those big hands. He can bend a lot of air. Since that what that do BEND AIR in Dragonball DeEvolution.

Well, in ancient practices, "ki" as it's called in DB/Z/GT/E, Chi in real life, it IS an air bending technique...for the most part.

When one releases chi, you can't see it, it's more like a kinetic energy, usually transfered through touch.

The less common technique is when you actually push it out of your body. When you do, it's bending the air. You just can't see it.
