Contact DCAppreciation I have always loved superhero movies and have only recently decided to share my appreciation of them. I enjoy both Marvel and DC films but due to the influence of the DC Animated Universe growing up and reading more of their comics I am more of a DC fan. Batman is my favourite superhero yet Man of Steel is my favourite superhero film to date, controversial I know. Others include Batman v Superman, Captain America: The Winter Soldier, Captain America: The First Avenger, and The Dark Knight. I do not partake in fan bashing of the opposite side but I do call it as I see it. I usually go through the negatives of a film before the positives and there is no perfect superhero movie in my eyes.. yet. I also really enjoyed Batman Begins, the Sam Raimi's Spider-Man 1 and 2, Guardians, and Ant-Man. I am eagerly looking forward to all of the currently slated DCEU and MCU films. I am more excited by DC films because I know more of their history, I am familiar with their characters. I don't see any point in putting down other franchises just because they are different.
