@deadpool I disagree. I really loved this show. Kevin Conroy lent a lot of authenticity to the show. Plus, the villains were pretty cool. I heard a long time ago that there was a live-action movie planned. Has anyone heard anything else about that?

@ superguy1591/yeoldeemoney

i just couldn't get into it at all,i tried but nothing.

i didn't like the costume & someone else being "batman" in the future.

"bruce wayne" only, when he dies so does "batman" no one can fill those shoes.

i love "batman the animated series","the batman" & justice league, but not this.

Definitely my favorite Batman cartoon. Loved it. Justice League & Batman TAS are just as awesome though.

The current Batman franchise ended the Batman Beyond live action movie idea.

If they ever did it then Adam West should be Bruce Wayne.

I think if they wanted a realistic, yet scifi tone for a live action movie, the current films would be a good template. Of course, without actually SAYING anything about their connection. I think Friedle really knocked it out of the park and even knowing that it couldn't last forever, I was (and still am) sorry to see it go. Maybe they'll do a followup DVD to Return of the Joker (not likely, though).

A few years back before they did Batman Begins there was talk of Freddie Prinze Jr. donning the cowl, and the dream Bruce Wayne was Clint Eastwood. I'm not too sure about Freddie Putz Jr., but Clint as a reclusive aged Dark Knight would have been epic! Still think they should try to do it.

Adam West played that version of Batman very well. I am not saying a live action Batman Beyond would have to be or even should have to be in that style but he is the only Batman/Bruce Wayne that would make sense if you want to get the ages right. Micheal Keaton is way too young to play that Bruce Wayne. If Micheal Keaton were to ever play a Batman type character again the only one that would make sense would be Thomas Wayne Jr./Owlman opposite the current Bruce Wayne/Batman.

- Kevin COnroy, I think over the years the fan mania and worship has gone to his head. I mean when he dissed Christian Bale (Batman Growl) that was just sacreligious to me, how dare you. How you gonna diss a fellow batman unless its Adam West. Don't be pissed jus b/c you dont have the balls and age and athleticism to get your old butt out the vocal booth like lil wayne and do a LIVE action Bats. That was disrespectful. Get off this guys nuts too, The editor in cheif of Batman on Film went as far as to say that when he reads a Bat comic its CONROY's VOICE he hears as Batman, I'm like WOW thats a stretch. I don't hear any actors voice, I hear 'Batmans' voice. And what I mean by that is everybody "hears" it a lil different depending on their fan taste

- Batman Beyond. I mean I liked this series. I dnt know how you can compare this to that crappy B&Bold, look B&B is for KIDS!!! Its basically an Adam West's Batman type universe, lets be honest, the suit is even the same. if they ever did a B&B life action they could use footage from the sixties!!! But Beyond ws hot, especially the 'movies' the debut two episodes 'movie' and the straight to dvd Return of the Joker was really good. U know what the PROB is with Beyond? He's not BatMAN he's a kid!!! He's like a "Robin" beyond!! I mean I could see if he was college/college grad age MAYBE but he is in Pimple School, c'mon now. He is Robin age, not even 'old enough' to be NightWing. He is Robin!! He's a teen with TEEN issues. Jus b/c his parents got snuffed (well his DAD, half the parents half the avenger!!) doesent' make him Bruce Wayne of the future. anyone agree/see my point? I mean after you 'forgive' me for the Conroy rant lol

hahaha i watched every episode of this! xD
the reason i watched this so much because of how much i can relate to terry.
i hope they will adapt a live action movie to this series!
but i'm really curious of how they will do the mask? like how are they going to get the mouth to move?

The suit was an epic fail!!! No cape no Batman!!! "The ears are a bit long and I do miss the cape, but besides that not bad not bad at all." The future Joker (and I couldn't agree any more!!)
