Oliver Ave Filming: Wednesday August 10th, 2011
Filming activities

* - Filming will take place on Wednesday August 10th from approximately 7am until 9pm. Our scenes include daytime exterior dialogue with precision driving and interior dialogue.
* - While our filming is primarily in the daytime hours, activities will occur before and after our approximate filming times, as early as 3am and as late as midnight.
* - While we have no pyrotechnics planned for this location, we will be covering Oliver Ave and Smithfield St with snow.
* - We will prepare our filming areas overnight on Tuesday August 9th and wrap and clean up overnight on Wednesday August 10th. During this time we will do our best to keep noise levels at a minimum. Some light prep may occur during the day on Tuesday but without the use of any road closures.
* - Oliver Ave will be closed to vehicles and pedestrians beginning at 6pm on Tuesday August 9th through 6am on Thursday August 11th. However, we are making arrangements with businesses that have entrances on Oliver Ave to organize a time for deliveries and vehicular access during our filming day.
* - Due to our closure on Smithfield St, bus stops will be relocated for our filming day.
* - The Mellon Square garage will be open for business; however, the Oliver Ave entrance will be closed to vehicular and pedestrian traffic. All patrons can enter and exit via 6th Ave.
* - The Pittsburgh Parking Authority garage on Oliver Ave will be closed from 6pm on Tuesday August 9th through 10pm on Wednesday August 10th. After that time the closure on Oliver Ave will accommodate local access to the structure only.
* - During filming we will have intermittent traffic control on Oliver at Wood and Oliver at William Penn Place from 7am until 8pm and on Grant at Oliver from 7am until 8pm. During rush hour traffic control will be limited to 2-3 minutes.
* - Public Assistance personnel will be placed at the pedestrian lockup points and will provide thorough detour information to all affected businesses. They will be wearing yellow shirts with the “Public Assistance” printed on them.

* - Oliver Ave will be closed from Wood to Grant from 8pm on Tuesday August 9th through 5am on Thursday August 11th
* - Smithfield will be closed from 5th Ave to 6th Ave from 8pm on Tuesday August 9th through 5am on Thursday August 11th
* - The north side curb lane of 5th Ave from Smithfield to Liberty will be closed from 6pm on Tuesday August 9th through 5am on Thursday August 11th
* - The west side curb lane of Wood St from Liberty to 5th Ave will be closed from 6pm on Tuesday August 9th through 5am on Thursday August 11th
* - The south side curb lane of 6th Ave from Wood to Smithfield will be closed from 6pm on Tuesday August 9th through 5am on Thursday August 11th
* Street posting
* - North side of Oliver Ave from Wood to Smithfield from 6am on Friday August 5th through 7pm on Saturday August 6th and from 6am on Monday August 8th through 7pm on Friday August 12th
* - Both sides of Oliver Ave from Wood to Grant from 8pm on Tuesday August 9th through 6am on Thursday August 11th
* - Both sides of William Penn Place from 5th Ave to Oliver Ave from 8pm on Tuesday August 9th through 5am on Thursday August 11th
* - West side of Wood from Liberty to 5th Ave from 6pm on Tuesday August 9th through 5am on Thursday August 11th
