BIRDS OF PREY: Chris Messina May Have Revealed His Victor Zsasz Look During Last Night's GOLDEN GLOBES
Birds of Prey (And the Fantabulous Emancipation of Harley Quinn) will feature Black Mask as the lead villain but assassin Victor Zsasz will also appear and actor Chris Messina has revealed his new look.
While Victor Zsasz has been portrayed as being bald in recent years, the psychotic Batman villain originally had bleach blonde hair and based on the photo of Chris Messina from last night's Golden Globes which is now doing the rounds, it seems as if the live-action version in Birds of Prey (And the Fantabulous Emancipation of Harley Quinn) will adopt a similar look.
This is likely being done to differentiate this take on the villain from the one seen in Gotham and it's a good sign that Warner Bros. is going back to the original comic books for this movie.
With any luck, this means that Black Mask will have a similarly comic accurate appearance and fans are anxious for a better take on Harley Quinn after she was decked out in skimpy shorts and covered in tattoos in Suicide Squad. While we don't have confirmation that Messina's haircut was for Birds of Prey, common sense says it is as the movie is about to start shooting.
