A jaw-dropping line-up of creators has been assembled for Action Comics' 1,000th issue. Brian Michael Bendis will be debuting his first new DC Comics story in the issue, which will feature an assortment of stories in an expanded issue.
Joining him is Marv Wolfman, who's writing a story using previously unpublished art from Curt Swan. Geoff Johns and his mentor Richard Donner (Superman: The Movie), are teaming up with Olivier Coipel, while Peter J. Tomasi and Patrick Gleason continue their partnership as the lead Rebirth-Superman creative team.

Entertainment Weekly, additional creative teams include, "
Paul Dini with José Luis García-López; Tom King with Clay Mann and Jordie Bellaire; Brad Meltzer with John Cassaday and Laura Martin; Louise Simonson with Jerry Ordway; Scott Snyder with Tim Sale and more."
