The 616 Thor is seeking to become "Worthy" again after suddenly finding himself unable to lift his mystical hammer, Mjolnir. With his weapon now being wielded by the "All-New All Different" Jane Foster Thor, the Asgardian God has had to rely on his physical prowess and fighting experience to win the day. That is, until he learns of Ultimate Thor, who died during the events of Secret Wars but left his own version of Mjolnir behind.
On a quest to claim that weapon for himself, it seems he'll have to contend with the forces of Thanos and The Collector if he want's to become the Thunderer of old once more. Luckily, he's enlisted an old friend, Beta Ray Bill, to provide some assistance.
