Redrum. Redrum. REDRUM!
Director Mike Flanagan has announced that the first trailer for
Doctor Sleep will be online at some point today, and he's shared the first official poster art for the
Shining sequel to keep us going until then.
The big-screen adaptation of Stephen King's novel stars Ewan McGregor (
Fargo, Star Wars, Trainspotting) as an older Danny Torrance, still struggling to keep "the shine" under control while attempting to put the horrific events of his childhood behind him. He'll face-off against
Mission: Impossible's Rebecca Ferguson as the evil Rose the Hat, who is hunting a young girl with similar powers to Danny.
