Chronicle scribe Max Landis wrote the screenplay, and the movie has been described as a tale of friendship and redemption told from Igor's (Daniel Radcliffe) perspective. X-Men: First Class' James McAvoy has signed up to play Victor Von Frankenstein, while Brown Findlay's character is described as, "a beautiful circus performer who forms a close bond with Igor."
