Jonathan Levine (The Wackness, All the Boys Love Mandy Lane)) will write and direct an adaptation of Isaac Marion's zombie romance novel "Warm Bodies" for Summit Entertainment.

The story centers on an existentially tormented zombie who begins an unlikely friendship with the girlfriend of one of his victims and starts a chain reaction that will transform him and his fellow zombies.

Bruna Papanadrea is producing through her Make Movies company and Laurie Webb and Cori Shepherd Stern will executive produce.
