The buzz for Pacific Rim has steadily increased these last few weeks and in the latest featurette from IGN, we get to hear the cast and director discuss "The Drift" science that's used to pilot the giant jaeger robots.

"When legions of monstrous creatures, known as Kaiju, started rising from the sea, a war began that would take millions of lives and consume humanity’s resources for years on end.
