LEGO STAR WARS: THE SKYWALKER SAGA Will Include Characters From THE MANDALORIAN And More In DLC Packs

It's been a long time coming, but LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga finally arrives this April. Those of you who have purchased the "Character Collection" Season Pass will get seven DLC packs, and it's been confirmed today that the first batch will include characters from The Mandalorian, Solo: A Star Wars Story, "Classic Characters," and a "Trooper" pack.

Among the characters set to appear in The Mandalorian pack are Din Djarin, Greef Karga, Cara Dune (that could be a controversial one...), IG-11, and Kuill. Grogu will also be included, but not as a playable character. In the Solo pack, you'll find Han Solo, Chewbacca, Lando Calrissian, Qi'ra, Tobias Beckett and Enfys Nest. The "Trooper" pack, meanwhile, is obviously pretty self-explanatory!

"Classic Characters" includes Luke Skywalker, Princess Leia, and Darth Vader, among others, while later DLC drops will allow players to purchase the packs based on Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, The Mandalorian season 2, and The Bad Batch.

That means we'll be able to get hands-on with characters like Jyn Erso, Boba Fett, Bo-Katan, Moff Gideon, and Ahsoka Tano; we can't wait to play as all five members of The Bad Batch! There are already set to be hundreds of playable heroes and villains in LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga, but there are heaps of names here that should make forking out for the DLC well worth it.

LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga is set to be released on April 5, 2022 for Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One consoles, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch and PC.

@LilJimmy - No, no. Don’t worry, Rey Skywalker qualifies Episodes 7-9 being in the Skywalker game.
