As part of 20th Century Fox's campaign to land Serkis a best supporting actor nomination for his role as Caesar, Hitfix have this great vid featuring a pre mo-cap Serkis performing his goodbye scene with James Franco and Freida Pinto



There are also some great quotes from Serkis, director Rupert Wyatt and supervising sound supervisors Chuck Michael and John Larsen as they discuss bringing Caesar to life for the movie, and their take on a mo-cap performance being nominated in the best actor category at the Academy Awards.
