The sight of Miles Morales swinging into action wearing a pair of Air Jordan 1s in Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse has become iconic. The sneakers are inextricably linked to this version of the web-slinger, and it's now been confirmed that a real-life pair will be released this May to tie into June's Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse.

The Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse x Air Jordan 1 High OG reportedly go on sale for $200 on May 20, later this year, and we're sure they'll be in very high demand (previously released Spider-Man Air Jordan 1s go for crazy money on the resale market).
With a Chicago-esque colourway, these Air Jordan 1s are clearly inspired by the Spider-Verse, but are subtle enough so that you're not walking the streets with webbing on your feet! It's hard not to fall in love with them, and we'll hopefully have more photos and details to share with you soon.

In Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse, after reuniting with Gwen Stacy, Brooklyn’s full-time, friendly neighborhood Spider-Man is catapulted across the Multiverse, where he encounters a team of Spider-People charged with protecting its very existence.
However, when the heroes clash on how to handle a new threat, Miles finds himself pitted against the other Spiders and must redefine what it means to be a hero so he can save the people he loves most.
