Zack Snyder looks like much more of SUPERMAN fan than any other director who ever going to healmed it before him.

I agree too, Snyder does take these characters seriously which I love the guy for, I just wish they gave him some good writers to work with cause even though I loved Man Of Steel, everything that it was lacking was due to David S. Goyers writing :(

I think you are right JayJay. I enjoyed the film but there was some cringeworthy writing. The scene at the graveyard with Ma Kent, the general saying "I don't know who they are, but I think they are about to make a .... dramatic entrance."

I will be buying the blu-ray however. It was still a pretty decent film.

As far as my review of the movie. I thought it was great but Superman does need more dialogue other than screaming and yelling. They need to have Clark Kent have more of a personality, which I think the ending showed we will see in Batman Vs. Superman. Also, the shaky cam I did not like and the relationship between Lois and Clark and some of the dialogue itself was horrendous, although overall the script was pretty good. Overall I give it like an 7.7/10. Let's put it this way I am a HUGE Batman fan, could really care less for Superman, though I am a fan of ALL DC characters a lot more than Marvels. But, this movie made me a fan of the Man Of Steel!!!

I only noticed the shakey cam in two particular scenes. Once in the beginning when Jor El is facing the council. It was enough to make me worry. Then another time when they took Lane into custody off the street. Other than that, it was cool.

The zoom-in action scenes with Jor El and his flying beast reminded me of Attack of the Clones and ROTS Utapau planet. Crowe is a boss.

"What this blu-ray represents is a comic book movie that has fully realised the power and destruction Kryptonians would possess,I never thought we would get a Superman film that would take us there,a superman film that got rid of all the cookie cutter fluff and give us Kryptonians in all there glory and chaos, for this I salute Snyder and Nolan and Goyer for giving me something I never thought would come to fruition,a realistic take on the Superman mytho's."-1to10youLose

I also have a 60 inch Samsung LEDTV. Bought it last year and I love the thing. Makes Blu ray movies look so crisp and clear. This is the type of movie you want on Blu ray as opposed to DVD.

Is the shaky cam due to the DOP or Snyder though?

Either way good job on the film, I like.
