The first season of Thunderbirds Are Go is available on Amazon Prime and the second season is set to hit November 4th. Thunderbirds Are Go is a reinvention of the classic Thunderbirds, using a mixture of CGI animation and live-action model sets, and features the world's most famous family of heroes, International Rescue.

The Amazon exclusive follows the Tracy brothers and their covert operative Kayo as they pilot their cutting-edge Thunderbird vehicles through near-impossible rescue missions ranging from the depths of the oceans to the highest reaches of space.

Thunderbirds Are Go Season 2

Season two will continue to follow the team during their rescue adventures and Kayo's connection to International Rescue's arch nemesis, The Hood, will be revealed. Returning for Season two are Rosamund Pike (Gone Girl) and David Graham, who is reprising his role as International Rescue Agent Parker from the original Thunderbirds series.

Thunderbirds Are Go - In season two, the everyday heroes at International Rescue continue to work together to perform harrowing rescue missions across the globe. The Tracy brothers and covert ops specialist Kayo pilot their state-of-the-art Thunderbird vehicles to every corner of the world and beyond to defend people in need and fend off their arch nemesis, The Hood.

Loved the original Thunderbirds with the puppetry.

Ended up seeing the first two episodes of this, however for some daft reason the first two episodes aired in the evenings while the rest of the episodes were pushed forward to the 'before-school' time for kids of around 7-8ish. As such never managed to see the rest of the episodes.

As for the trailer for season 2, it looks alright but seems like the status quo hasn't changed too much... though could be wrong. Is something I'll watch eventually.
