EVERYTHING WENT ON BREAK except for Gotham and Supergirl.

Anyone else notice that the same week we get no Flash, or Arrow, we are blessed with the Civil War trailer

Everyone's always talking about this performance or that, but Chloe Bennet is quietly nailing the maturation of a young leader. There's not a lot of drama in that, with tortured kisses in labs or watching your ex-husband become a monster, but I see it.

If they can get some scripts to really showcase that growth and build on it, she's got the potential to be a true badass in the future.

Hah. Maybe someday...

I think DP would fit better in the MCU than in the Fox-verse. He would have great chemistry with Cap, Iron Man, Spidey, and Star Lord. I can't see him have any great interactions in the Fox-verse 'cept for Wolverine.

At this point the connected universe is a one way street.......The shows on network television and Netflix will make references to the cinematic universe but that is where the connection ends. I will be shocked when we see one of the movies actually mention any of the characters from the shows.

Man this show can blow your mind. I rewatched season one and Garret subtlety spoils season two if you pay attention. He says, "I not only see the world I see what's hiding behind the surface." That moment alone will give any fan with context the chills.

Plus I noticed something. Agent Trip mentions a grandfather who was a former howling commando and Sam Wilson mentions a grandfather who was a former howling commando. There's only one howling commando who was black.

Am I wrong too assume the two are related?

Finally something related to AoS. Chloe Bennett is actually playing that maturing leader quite great. Hopefully she appears in one of the MCU movies. She could act atleast as good as Scarlett Johansson if not better.

@KurtWagner1225: That seems to be a confusing part to me. At one point he says his powers are somewhat vampiric. But at the next scene, the talks about worth, and 'does he deserves to live or not?'type ambition. This video below seems to give us more of that 'Judge, Jury & Executioner' Lash rather than vampiric Lash.

That scene is probably the best acting I've seen from Chloe. And most of you here know my love for Chloe Bennett. She's maturing in the role along with her character. She's gotten comfortable now and Daisy seems to be an extension of herself. That's when a character becomes truly exciting, when you can see the relationship between actor and character. It becomes seamless.

Tuesday better [frick]ing hurry up and get here.

I would have loved if every characters from all the earthly MCU has a huge cameo together at the final scene of Civil War, implying that MCU is huge enough and continuing Civil War till infinity war part 1

@KurtWagner1225: That incomplete transition actually injected some interesting dynamics to Lash. Maybe he looks completely different when he completely transformed.

I honestly don't remember Sam Wilson ever mentioning a relative in the Howling Commandoes.

Also, the Commandoes kept going long after Steve was frozen. Remember their appearance in Agent Carter. It possible that there would have been another black member.

Glad to see a little bit of that storyline back. It seemed that the Skye/Ward relationship was just dropped when Agent 33 and the Inhumans came into play, and also Ward said he didn't feel anything for her anymore after she shot him.

They made a good couple. I hope that gets a little bit more explored in this season.

@MercwithMouth that is most certainly true but there's no precedence for that as far as I know. At least not in the MCU. I could be grasping at straws but watch TWS again, Sam mentions being a "Legacy" meaning his father or grandfather served either with shield or for shield.

Definitely. Ward especially I was not a fan of. Fitz I saw real potential in, he was the character I identified with the most. Simmons I could take or leave in that first season. Chloe I saw something in right from the start, I knew she would be the most impactful character.

They have all exceeded my expectations. Ward and Fitz especially in the acting department. Fitz has definitely had the most moving scenes, while Ward is a perfectly crafted villain.

I'll take pretty much any reason to watch Winter Soldier again. So I'll try to pay closer attention.

Btw Fitz is the only member of the team I've seen express true anger. Ian's range is impeccable, his acting is on par with the big wigs. Dudes got chops.

@MerchwithMouth Fully agree so far that's my number one marvel film. This chick I knew in high school was lucky enough to be an extra during the "Shield escape" scene. Eveytime I talk about that film I call it a cinematic masterpiece. Hahaha

Ward has been on par with Fitz a couple times. The torture scene with Bobbi, after Agent 33 died, a couple of the scenes when they had him locked up in the basement.

And speaking of Ward, AoS has extremely impressed me with their villains. The recurring ones have been nothing short of fantastic. Garrett, Whitehall, Zabo, Raina even Jaiying. Hell, even the likes of Quinn and Edison Poe were great to watch.
