A Team Of Supervillains Come For The AGENTS OF S.H.I.E.L.D. In An Upcoming Episode

Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. returns from its Winter break on March 3, and Marvel has released a synopsis for the third episode back, "One Of Us". In the ep, Daisy's dear ol' Daddy is out for revenge, and he's got backup. Who will these supervillains be? The guest-star list may provide some clues...

"One of Us" sounds like it will be a very interesting episode of Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D. indeed. Cal (aka the Doctor, aka Mr. Hyde) is out for revenge against Coulson, and he's recruited a team of supervillains to help him. Though the synopsis doesn't reveal who they are, a look at the characters mentioned in the guest-star section give us some hints.

It appears this will be the first time we meet Drea De Matteo as Daredevil character Karla Gideon. Not sure who Wendell Levi could be, but Francis is the civilian identity of Ajax so that's a (slim) possibility. David A. Angar is undoubtedly Angar the Screamer, who can cause hallucinations with a piercing shriek. John Bruno? Your guess is as good as mine. Could this be an incarnation of The Masters Of Evil?  perhaps? If the Absorbing Man returns too, I'd say it's a strong possibility.

"One of Us" - Cal seeks revenge on Coulson by assembling a team of Super Villains to destroy S.H.I.E.L.D. Meanwhile, May calls on renowned Dr. Andrew Garner (Blair Underwood), her charismatic ex-husband, with a crisis that threatens to tear the team apart, on "Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.," Tuesday, March 17 (9:00-10:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.

"Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." stars Clark Gregg as Director Phil Coulson, Ming-Na Wen as Agent Melinda May, Brett Dalton as Grant Ward, Chloe Bennet as Agent Skye, Iain De Caestecker as Agent Leo Fitz, Elizabeth Henstridge as Agent Jemma Simmons, Nick Blood as Lance Hunter and Adrianne Palicki as Bobbi Morse.

Guest starring are Henry Simmons as Alphonso "Mack" Mackenzie, Kyle Maclachlan as The Doctor/Cal, Jamie Harris as Gordon, Blair Underwood as Dr. Andrew Garner, Drea De Matteo as Karla Faye Gideon, Ric Sarabia as Wendell Levi, Geo Corvera as Francis Noche, Jeff Daniel Phillips as David A. Angar, Gregg Martin as student, Jack Kennedy as security guard and Jamal Duff as John Bruno.
