On a planet named Olega, Mae breaks into a Jedi temple and attempts to murder a meditating Jedi called Master Torbin (Dean-Charles Chapman).

Unfortunately for The Acolyte's title character, he's in a comatose-like state and surrounded by an impenetrable Force shield. As with Indara, she demands that he attack her, only to be ignored. Attempts to attack him fail and she's forced to flee.

On Master Sol's ship, Osha's name is cleared after Mae's break-in is reported to the Jedi Order (she couldn't be in two places at once, after all). Alongside Jecki and Yord, they head to Olega to see if they can find her while Mae meets with Qimir (Manny Jacinto), a smuggler who appears to have been tasked with helping her on this mission to kill the Jedi.

She requests that he make poison for her and we learn the only way to please her Master is to murder at least one of them without a weapon. Qimir creates the concoction as Osha and Sol catch up. The Jedi Master clearly holds a lot of guilt for failing to save Mae and the fact he let Osha down as her teacher.

The heroes approach the Jedi Temple on Olega, while Mae confronts Torbin. It becomes apparent that she feels the four Jedi she intends to kill somehow wronged her and he breaks his many years of silence to admit he's been waiting for her. Torbin asks for her forgiveness, saying "they" thought they were doing the right thing before willingly drinking the poison.

Osha, meanwhile, follows a seemingly imagined illusion of her sister as a child and finds Torbin's body.

The Jedi come up with a plan for Osha to pose as Mae and get information from Qimir. He quickly sees through the ruse and is apprehended by the Jedi; forced to reveal that Mae will visit him later that evening, the team agrees that Sol will face her alone.

He's the third person on Mae's list and a fight ensues which sees him learn even she doesn't know her Master's identity. After being overpowered, she uses a clever Force trick to escape and is confronted by Osha...who tries to stun her with little hesitation. However, she still manages to escape and meets with Qimir.

He's found Kelnacca, the Wookie Jedi she plans to kill next. The episode ends by revealing he's hidden out in the forest, and the stage is set for a big confrontation.

@harryba11zack - I agree. The lightsaber thing with the thing was awesome.

Thank God, they finally they made a show for all the enlightened, gender fluid superior non white humans who are also having all the sex.

Hopefully, their audience will have enough time between having all the voluntary sex to watch Space Lesbian Star Wars and keep the ratings high.

@WarMonkey - Exactly the amount of times I have heard Star Wars is for kids and yes it is but putting all this gay shit in something that is basically aimed at kids is disgusting.

Let them learn about their sexuailty when they reach their teenage years.

@marvel72 - what about kids with gay parents? Wouldn’t they want their parents to be see their parents properly represented? Also, people don’t become gay through watching movies, or interacting with them. You're gay because you’re born that way. No one makes you gay.

Enjoying it so far, like the characters and the action has been great. Also a relief that they are quickly stepping over tired tropes, such as no one believes there is a twin and thinking she was responsible for the murdered Jedi. Gives me hope for where the story goes.

Just wait until the third episode, you remember all the jokes about the posters with the line of blood.

Well I have a joke connection with what they say, it's just so fitting when you think about it.

@WarMonkey - I heard that after episode 3 that didn't give a shit what happens in episode 4.

I wonder if they will continue what they change in Star Wars lore to fit in with the Rey movie.

@Nomis929 - Disney have decided what road they want to take Star Wars down, so all I can do is sitback and watch it implode.

@Nomis929 - I heard what happens. It’s not bad. It’s kind of cool. It was always theorized that another character was capable of that. It a big deal in Star Wars. If fans complain about this. They will complain after eveything.
