Gaming Company High Moon Studios working on a new Marvel game

High Moon announced, recently that they are now working on a game set in the Marvel Universe, could it be a Transformers game set in Marvel's world, i think not but hit the jump to find out a little bit more.

Here is what IGN have said:

While Gazillion only recently showed off its Marvel MMO / action-RPG, Marvel Heroes, it appears that more super hero games are in the works. Per the San Diego Comic-Con schedule, we've learned that Activision and developer High Moon Studios (Transformers, The Bourne Identity) will be announcing a new title set in the Marvel universe. The game will be announced at Comic Con later this year.

Well now that SEGA isn't ruining as many Marvel movie tie-ins as it can, we may get a decent game based on one of these characters, if not them all.

I'd only like another Ultimate Alliance game if it's like the first. I'm not really fond of the second one.

you know what'd be cool & unexpected...

A SHIELD GAME...

think about it...


*Create-an-Agent

*interact w all heroes/ witness& participate in epic battles from human POV (like COD:MW)

*Receive assignments from Fury/SLJ

*Possible crossover w film events..(iron monger, destroyer armor in desert, hulk at culver university)


I think im havin a nerdgasm... plz make this game NOW marvel!

^^agreed, I thought it sounded like a good match considering High Moons strengths w the TF games (weapons, multiplayer, and environment, coupled with actual REVERENCE for the source material)

and they did the 'Bourne' movie game (which was good at putting u in the movie's action.)

besides, it actually sounded original too lol.which helps.

I wish I made games..Igot some KILLER ideas for a Supe's game as well as some others.

'SHIELD' game was thought on a whim, but IMO, seems WAY MORE marketable than most the movie crap tie in games these days.

@Prot3ctor I hope note because Ultimate Alliance 2 was terrible. If it is Ultimate Alliance 3 not even High Moon can make me feel better about the marvel Alliance series.

@Dynamo I would love to see a Guardians of the Galaxy Game! I don't know much about them but Nova is on the team right? I'd love to play as him!
