Guardians of the Galaxy and LEGO fans have reason to celebrate today as Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment has announced that the latest batch of DLC for LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2 is now availalbe and is inspired everyone's favorite bunch of A-Holes! They've also released a couple of pieces of artwork, which we've included below (click on the images to view larger versions)!

The new Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 DLC pack includes a new level inspired by the opening scene of the movie where players battle a giant alien monster known as the Abilisk! The pack also includes four new playable characters in the form of Star-Lord (variant), Kraglin, Stakar Ogord, Tulk, Rocket (Ravager variant), and Ego. Each playable character has their own unique special abilities to use as they face off against the inter-dimensional, power devouring crature!

The Guardians of the Galaxy VOl. 2 DLC pack can be purchased separately for $2.99, or as part of the Season Pass, which includes six Level Packs and four Character Packs. The Season Pass is available for $14.99, or as part of the LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2 Deluxe Edition, which inludes the main game and access to the Classic Guardians of the Galaxy Character Pack. The physical Deluxe Edition also includes an exclusive Gian-Man LEGO minifigure.

LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2 is available for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and Windows PC.

Love all the Lego games. Especially ones that are based off a movie . They follow the movie to a T. Def want this one though

Harry Potter

@Danbito - I believe that was always Marvel's choice to begin with. The X-Men and FF were in the first lego Marvel game after all.

That voice over was atrocious. I hope he doesn't narrate the whole damn game. I haven't played a lego game in awhile, i think my kids have "out-grown" it :(
