A new 5-minute trailer for Hideo Kojima's highly anticipated new video game, Death Stranding, has been released, and it's even more bizarre and intriguing than the previous teaser.

Whereas that first glimpse of the game featured The Walking Dead's Norman Reedus, this time we're introduced to a couple of characters that are very clearly based on Hellboy director Guillermo del Toro, and Rogue One star Mads Mikkelsen.

Have a look, and let us know what you make of it in the usual place.

Death Stranding has been confirmed as a PS4 exclusive. There's no set release date, but it's not expected until sometime in 2018.
