This trailer isn't more of the same. It has a ton of new dialogue and scenes. They are borderline spoilerish, but nothing over the line. If anything, it's more like a movie trailer you see in theaters then a preview of the game. It's awesome, watch it!
Some things I noticed....if you didn't:
1. :43 -- Liara and....who the hell is that?
2. :45 & :46 -- A Krogan goes down...again?
3. :50 thru :53 -- Garrus telling Shep to go without him?
4. :57 thru 1:00 -- Possibly the final battle on Earth
5. 1:01 -- Plan to destroy Death Star
6. 1:06 -- A conversation with none other than the Illusive Dick...er, Man. Hard to tell at which point in the story though
7. 1:23 -- Return of Legion?
8. 1:40 -- 1:43 -- The much-behooved sex scene of the game?
9. 1:48 -- 1:55 -- Possibly the final final space battle; in the distance, it looks like Earth got spanked pretty bad. Reminds me of planet Vulcan from Star Trek (2009) being destroyed. Heh...except this time may be a bit different.
Keep in mind, if you decided not to watch the above video (why are you on the article?), that Bioware obviously wanted you to see this stuff. It looks pretty awesome. If you haven't played the demo by now, quite a few bits of that trailer were from the demo.
Okay now...get ready for this. This is a Mass Effect fanfilm, and it's interactive to boot. At a certain point, you will be asked to make a Paragon, or Renegade choice. At that point, the story will veer off and you will be directed to watch the other video(s). Watch.

Mass Effect 3 comes out on March 6th, next Tuesday. Pre-order the game for special bonuses. Buy the Collector's Edition to get much more that EA games decided didn't need to be in the retail edition.
