For fans of Mega Man X and first-person shooters, Maverick Hunter would have been a dream come true. Created by the developers of Metroid Prime, the game would have featured reploid hunter X doing what he does best: destroying all robots that get in his way.

The game was to feature a redesign of the classic character from Adi Granov, who has created concept art for Iron Man. The video showcases X's new abilities and moves, including an epic move where he jams his X-buster into the opposing robot's chest and fires in slow-motion.
