Go beyond the movie to experience what it’s like to BE Spider-Man like never before. Set shortly after the events of Columbia Pictures’ new film, The Amazing Spider-Man throws New York City’s brand new hero back into free-roaming, web-slinging action, as he protects the Big Apple from a deluge of unimaginable threats. Experience the new Web Rush mechanic as Spidey twists his way through the NYC skyline with unprecedented speed and grace. The game’s original story also explores beautiful indoor environments, as you’ll encounter everything from skirmishes with everyday street thugs to pulse-pounding confrontations with Spider-Man’s most lethal foes.

Developed by Beenox Games, The Amazing Spider-Man is set to hit Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, PC, Wii, Nintendo DS and 3DS on June 26th, a few days ahead of the movie's release of July 3rd.

I am not really feeling this game, however may surprise me. I don't what it is with Beenox and their Spider-Man games, they just don't feel right I loved web slinging in Spider-Man 2, but sense then just hasn't had the same feeling.

Everything looks insanely breathtaking BUT the webs look pretty rediculous. Why does Beenox continue to leave the poor webbing design alone from game to game?

@ sonofthebat2814, Cap game was so not crap as MoonKnight said. It was a simple and smaller version of arkahm city based on Captain America rather than batman. Similar gameplay, upgrading your character and learning new moves kind of thing. It is the same game engine (Havok) as the two Arkham games. It is not nearly as expansive as those games, but it is fun. At the very least worth renting it to see what you think.

Unfortunately, 99% of "official movie games" suck. There cheap and thrown together for a quick buck. Wolverine, Clash of the titans, and a few others have surprised me though so I wont knock it just yet.
