I really only care about the game, which I'm [frick]ing ready for! Plus, I can't see the video here at work. I'll check it out at home.

Halo is my game though. 3 was by far the best, the only thing I would add to 3 is the running capability from Reach... then it would be perfect.

It was sort of ok but well put together, just feel like it's missing something.

I haven't watched this clip yet, but I've seen about 8 two minute clips and they all look awesome. The reason Halo is so cool is the sci-fi story behind it, I can't wait to watch the whole 90 minutes, they NEED to make a Halo movie for real soon!

Some good actors, some not so much. Just the first episode, I bet it gets pretty kick-ass by the end.

I have been a fan and a player of the series since the first Halo, and I have loved Bungie's work with the series, but I do feel that 343 can and will carry the series in a bold and great new direction. All the haters and trash talkers (two of which are on here) give the BS a rest.Actually that goes for all the haters and trash talkers here and everywhere else. Do any of us work for Microsoft or 343? Not that I know of, so why the hell do we feel entitled to bash on an upcoming game that hasn't even been released yet?
Is it an ego thing or do you just really feel the need to take your sad excuse of a social life and turn it into an annoying ramble? Think before you speak, and remember this: sometimes it is better to keep your opinions to yourself, especially if all you do 80 to 90 percent of the time is bash on stuff that god forbid wasn't up to your ever so high standards. Got it?

@SaintSpidey67Re sorry but I sort of agree, disagree. Halo 4 is still similar looking to halo. I do agree that is getting too much like CoD but haven't tried the gameplay so can't comment on that. Halo cea was a great game, even the maps were fun except the timberland remake which I hated.

The only 'abomination' is Halo reach, that's the only halo game where I wanted to put the disc away, stop playing which is odd for me since normally I can play for days. Bungie are the one's at fault since they did a lot of damage to the series since they made the 'new' engine which is also being used for halo 4. So yes Bungie are to blame since they rushed the game but to be fair they were pressured into it due to Microsoft. Anything after halo reach ships is 343's fault like the removal the dlc playlists which pissed a lot of people off.

Some weak acting in parts, but the trailer still gives me hope this will pan out well. After all this is a free webisode, they seem to have gone all out on it. Though i'm sure this will be a 'test shot' towards getting an actual film up and running too.

The game isn't going to be like COD, the multiplayer is still Halo, they've changed up the leveling system and adding some basic customisation, which was great in Reach, loved changing the armor up. It'd be difficult to copy the meat and gravy of COD's multiplayer experience, it'd be impossible. And as for this Spartan Ops, it's an extra game mode, with free DLC, so i'll take it if they want to put it out there.

But Halo, for me, has always been about the campaign. That's what makes it Halo.

Actually, I think I agree with almost everything you said SaintSpidey. I hold onto the hope that the changes won't be so bad it ruins something I love very much. I would suggest trying the same cause only you can decide your attitude and you don't want to refuse to give it a chance. I say lets play it and see for ourselves. But yes, I'm worried about the changes too.

But that episode was great and terrific intro to what looks to be a fantastic prequel video.

Also you folks saying they needed to get professional actors? You think these aren't? Sorry it's not Daniel day-Lewis and Ann Hathaway out there. But maybe you'll spot a familiar Narnian face? Yeah, definitely professionals ....smh

@SaintSpidey i agree they did not have to change masterchief his look was iconic when bungie changed him from 1 to 3 he still looked like chief now in halo 4 hes too bulky and they chaged the iconic armor and specially the helmet!!! you dont see Nintendo changing mario or any other iconic character changing that much sonic, snake from metal gear solid etc etc
