Citadel Season 1 was great, but Mehn, So many unresolved plots.

It's great Citadel created a spy verse, not an epic ‘one of a kind’. But Mehn, I would have loved to see the original storyline continue. Further, there are so many unresolved plots.

Citadel - a high-tech spy thriller starring Richard Madden as Mason Kane and Priyanka Chopra as Nadia Sinh, tier-1 agents of the spy agency- Citadel.

Rotten Tomatoes reported a 51% approval rating for the movie with an average rating of 5.7/10, based on 80 critic reviews.

The consensus reading was that, although “Citadel spared no expense, it still feels underdeveloped, yielding a fairly fun spy caper that nonetheless creaks under the weight of its exorbitance”.

Further, The Economist called it "a big-budget, low-imagination thriller with plenty of explosions and no surprises”.

Personally, I think Citadel was Ok, yeah, it has its flaws, for example, I believe it spun the camera a little too much, literally. It happens in practically every episode, and sometimes more than once in an episode.

Also, in Season 1 Episode 5, after David Silje’s brother took a bullet to the head when he tried to free Benard for selfish reasons, he was still able to walk a while and do a bit afterward. I can't vouch for how scientifically correct it is. However, it did make an intriguing scene.

To be honest, I kind of saw it coming. I kinda knew that it had to be Mason who betrayed the spy organization. He was the only unknown personality left unaccounted for. Everything added up after Nadia confessed she left Citadel because she was expecting a baby and she needed to keep her far from the harms associated with a spy's life.

Plus, everyone would have preferred the innocent Mason Kane, than the new Mason after he recovered his memories.

Finally, for the final episode, I'm fed up with the heroes saving the day with only seconds to go. Can't someone stop the countdown an hour and thirty-seven minutes early? I mean it's a bit, sorry, a whole lot cliche.

It's great Citadel created a spy verse, not an epic ‘one of a kind’. But Mehn, I would have loved to see the original storyline continue. Further, there are so many unresolved plots.

Ok, let's play a game. Share your most twisted plot twists and resolve all the unresolved plots in the community section. You can share anything, but let's lay a bit of emphasis on

Mason Kane’s relationship with his wife- Brielle, whose memory he once wiped, and what their relationship would look like going forward?
What's going on with Benard in Brazil?
Would Citadel be rebuilt?
It's been a nice one. Thanks for reading.

Professional Pro-tip: Use less blurry images for the thumbnails, also more importantly, Josh was wise enough not to use an image that obscure's the rack for his thumbnail.

Citadel is slop for halfwits.

OT:

Predictably, liberals are shill bombing Sinners on IMDB, and IMDB's liberal owners are hiding it, unlike when woke movies fairly get poor ratings.
