I'm not very enthused. There is some variety among those done, but people keep getting this "original idea" to parody the super hero genre. Recently, we've had Kick-Ass, Defendor, and now this. You can kind of include Hancock. Of course, there's super hero movie and Blankman. There are probably several more that I'm missing. Point is, unless you're willing to go big and do it very well like Kick-Ass, don't do it. We'll see whether Super can deliver.

Wow, superhero movies are getting more stupid each month like Kick-@$$. Please stick to DC & Marvel/Darkhorse etc (characters)instead.

though kick-ass may not be a full-on parody, it definitely had parody elements to it. both movies poked fun at the genre in their own way.

Sunfire@ go back where yo came from (Hell) Sh*t man, Kick-Ass was amazing, true to the comics and believable, it felt since I was like him in highschool, it's so relatable. This movie will be the same. I love Ellen, and Rainn, Liv, Nathan, Kevin and all the rest, it will be funny as HELL!!!!!!!!
