The popular children's TV series Power Rangers celebrates its 20th anniversary this year and now, here are some new products unveiled at the San Diego Comic Con that will make your inner child yell "Morphinomenal!"

The popular toy line Bandai has unveiled plans for not only a Legacy Dragonzord toy to accompany the Toys R Us Exclusive Legacy Megazord from "Mighty Morphin Power Rangers", but also a Legacy Dragon Dagger as well! Both have been requested by fans for years to be made by Bandai and now fans will be able to own both products next year.

Also, the Shout Factory has announced that they will release a 98 (yes, you read right - 98!!) DVD set of every Power Rangers episode from the show's 20 (so far) seasons, from "Mighty Morphin Power Rangers" to the current season "Power Rangers Megaforce". Scheduled for release on December 3rd, six of those DVD discs will include bonus content and the DVDs have two slots for fans to keep their current DVDs of 20th Century Fox's Power Rangers films, "Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: The Movie" and "Turbo: A Power Rangers Movie" -- and the DVDs are packaged inside a replica of the Mighty Morphin Red Ranger helmet!

What do you guys think of this news? Will any of you guys be getting any of the new Power Rangers products unveiled?

LOL power rangers. Japan's teletubbies. How can adult people still be interested in those little kids shows?

@FrankieDedo: Oh really? Tell me then how adults can be excited about men in a variety of tights fighting crime and trying to save the world? Yeah, don't like it when I downplay superheroes now do you?

@Mechagino... mmm lemme think... maybe because superhero movies are not made with rubber costumes into scaled cardboard cities? or maybe because they hire REAL actors for it? or maybe because nothing explodes in a billion of sparks just by passing by that? Anyway adults that get excited by superheroes are weird too. For example, i just get amused, i didn't get excited for superhero movies, i only hope they do those things well and respectfully to the source material... i just don't why power rangers are so much followed and hyped by adult males, that's all man! :)

This sounds like a great Christmas present. Santa will bring it as long as you play nice with others, Grif!
