With Shah Rukh Khan's Pathaan expected to set the box office ablaze this week, his biggest peers are joining in on the festivities by launching new trailers for their own upcoming films.

Akshay Kumar led the way by releasing the first official trailer for his upcoming action/comedy Selfiee, which is a remake of the 2019 Malayalam superhit Driving License

In the film, he plays Bollywood superstar Vijay Kumar while Emraan Hashmi plays an RTO officer named Om Prakash Agarwal, who is one of his biggest fans. When Kumar suddenly needs a new driving license for his latest film, Agarwal uses the situation to meet his idol and get a selfie with him, but unfortunately, things don't go according to plan and he instead gets a verbal lashing from the star.

The battle lines are then drawn and the two find themselves in a war of words, spiraling toward a big showdown in what should be one of the more entertaining Bollywood films of the year!

In addition to Kumar and Hashmi, the film also stars Nushrratt Bharucha, Diana Penty, and Mrunal Thakur.

Stay tuned for new trailers for Salman Khan's Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan, Ranbir Kapoor's Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar, and Ajay Devgn's Bholaa later this week.

Selfiee hits theaters on February 24.
