In BULLET TO THE HEAD (adapted by screenwriter Alessandro Camon), a hitman (Sylvester Stallone) teams with an NYPD detective (Sung Kang) in an investigation into two murders that will leads them from back alleys to New Orleans. The two of them will stand against anyone and are willing to lose everything in order to exact their revenge.
