Zenescope Entertainment's ALIENS vs ZOMBIES is a unique five issue mini-series created and written by Joe Brusha and Ralph Tedesco. The new comic will launch this July. The action-packed genre mashup features art from Vincenzo Riccardi (Wonderland).
When a meteor carrying the Zombie virus hits Earth it triggers the potential end of mankind. The last chance for humanity is a spacecraft full of Alien scientists tasked with tracking and eliminating the interstellar virus; one that has wiped out many other planets and lifeforms. What will happen when humans must team with aliens to survive the zombie apocalypse? Find out in Aliens Versus Zombies!
To celebrate the launch of ALIENS vs ZOMBIES and the company's 10th Anniversary, Philadelphia-based Zenescope will be hosting a series of events at Wizard World Comic Con Philadelphia, which begins today and runs through the weekend. The first 100 people to come to the Zenescope booth (#501) will receive a FREE limited edition ALIENS vs ZOMBIES art print (see above) with artist David Seidman (Charmed) on hand to sign. Zenescope will also be offering special 10th anniversary merchandise and other exclusives by EBAS, Paul Green, and Elias Chatzoudis, who will also be at the Zenescope booth signing the entire weekend along with Brusha & Tedesco.
Additionally, Zenescope is hosting its official 10-Year Anniversary Party, which also happens to be the official Wizard World after-party. Sponsored by Hot Flips, the party will be held at the Fieldhouse at 1101 Filbert (one block from the convention center).
