talk about a difference...the one from last year was god awful looking.....this looks to be promising...as long as Steve Blum is Wolverine then I'm happy :)

Even with my major dislike of anime I will say this still looks bad. Wolverine looks too androgynous and young and really? Anime? Its not as if the Marvel Manga's were too critically acclaimed. It just seems like a bad idea and Galactus knows Marvel has been making too many of those lately.

that trailer is 10x better than the first trailer we saw. i notice both Iron Man and Wolverine first trailer now have changed animation style.

@flash...this isn't the mangaverse Wolverine. It's an adaptation of the character and story of Wolverine. Whatever artistic form it takes people will be intrigued by how a foreign source, like Japan, would interpret it, which showcases the Madhouse style of animation, which is always top notch. They were apart of the Batman: Gotham Knight anthology movie for DC, and the segments they did(In Darkness Dwells and Deadshot) were pretty good. I like anime because it is an art we Americans are trying hard to emulate yet we haven't perfected because we haven't truly grasped the Anime presence and feel, anyone can draw in anime style but can't capture style in which anime and manga are done.

@Deadpool...Theres an X-men one too? I heard Blade, Iron Man, and Wolverine.....I guess if any they should do First Class

@jazz...I still liked the animation style of the first Iron Man trailer because it looked like something from Tatsunoko

@jazzman: ya he doesn't have as much of a mullet now lol. ya they both changed them i guess, even though i liked the original iron man anime design though, the new cgi version feels a little clunky but its still good. i can't wait to see the promo for the x men anime. because i frikkin love iceman lol.

@flashgordon: its a way of spreading the marvel brand worldwide, putting it in a genre that the japanese love. i love anime personally, but its all up to ones opinion and i respect your views even though i feel differently

yeah i liked the first Iron Man anime trailer style i dont know why they changed it.

the Wolverine first trailer was god awful i guessed when people hated it so bad they most of changed it.

well im glad he's got the mutton chops...i notice that anime isn't really a fan of giving male characters facial hair...at least this wolverine looks like a guy
