It seems Marvel has heard the fans cries when it comes to the Avengers Assemble cartoon. The show was mainly criticized for its single story episodes, juvenile writing, and lack of conitinuity between epsiodes. However, according to Daily Marvelite, all these flaws nare being fixed by the new Vice president of Animation Stephen Wacker.

According to the site, the second season will bring the highly demanded multiple epsiodes story arcs, and also adapting famous Avengers comics. The site reveals that both Avengers Disassembled and Infinity Guantlet will be adapted in the second season.

New Avengers and new villains are also being added to the show and they include Wonder-Man, Vision, Black Knight, Tigra and Ultron among others.

Check the source for the full rundown on what to expect in the upcoming second season of Avengers Assemble, which will premiere on September 28th.

Should we finally look forward to a Marvel cartoon? I sure hope so!

Now fix Ultimate Spiderman and give us a faithful Fantastic Four series.

Please do not disappoint us. We desperately need a spectacular comic book show to fill the void EMH and YJ left.

Its not so bad. Some episodes are beyond horrible while some are really good. It is all over the place though. Definitely not as good as EMH and far from it

@Doopie

By stopping at the 7th you did miss some good ones (even a great one "Planet doom) but you have also dodged the worst of the bunch (it is one where Falcon's mom visit the avenger tower, and they are all trying to hide that her son is the falcon. Horrible sh!t i tell you)

Oh, okay then. Maybe if they're adapting these stories properly and well, I'll give the show a shot.

@sulti1274

there are high chances that he will indeed appear in Season 2.

@Kinghulk

really? I hated the falcon MK2. It looked like an egyptian, paharoh thingy. I did love his costume in the Planet Doom episode, where he had like a goatee and sported the Ultimate look.

Planet Doom was a genuinely good episode. I wish the rest of the show could be like it.

I would give a damn about these adaptations if the show wasn't so horrendous (to me)!

My kids (aged 5 and 14) like this show, but we all liked Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes. the worst mistake they made was cancelling that show to make this one. Ultimate Spider-Man and Hulk: Agents of S.M.A.S.H. are also terrible, but the kids like them.

@DarkeyeZ

That is the biggest difference between the old shows and the new ones when it comes to Marvel. As a 32 years old man, i still enjoy Batman tas, X-men 90's show, Spec spidey and recently Avengers EMH. The same cannot be said abt the new shows especially Ultimate Spidey and Hulk and the agents of SMASH.

I am hoping Avengers Assemble season 2 will not disappoint and learn from its mistakes
