Avengers: Endgame is the highest-grossing movie of all-time, and one of the most critically acclaimed releases of 2019. With that in mind, it should definitely be in with a chance at the Oscars next year, right? Considering the struggles
Black Panther went through to receive that "Best Picture" nod, it's hard to say. Most fans agree that it's deserving, however.

Now, Walt Disney Studios and Marvel Studios have updated the "For Your Consideration" page for the massive superhero ensemble, and a number of actors and actresses have been put forward.

Interestingly, they're all in the "Best Supporting" categories, and Robert Downey Jr.'s name is included despite him recently admitting that he asked for that not to happen. Among the eight male actors are names like Chris Evans and Paul Rudd, while Scarlett Johansson, Gwyneth Paltrow, and former Oscar-winner Brie Larson make up the female stars.

Time will tell whether any of them actually wind up being nominated, of course. You can find a full list of names along with all the other updated categories by hitting the "View List" button.
