We've brought you guys a lot of amazing
Avengers: Endgame concept art over the past few weeks, but Marvel Studios artist Andy Park has now shared a mind-blowing, never before seen piece from the movie. As you can see below, it shows the Marvel Cinematic Universe's female heroes assembled and ready to take on the Chitauri.
"1 of the most fun/challenging keyframes I’ve ever painted during all my yrs at Marvel," Park says on Twitter.
"Sad not to be able to paint [Black Widow]." She is conspicuous by her absence, but Natasha Romanoff's death on Vormir meant she was never going to be able to fight alongside these iconic heroes. One surprising addition, however, is Black Panther's Lupita Nyong'o as Nakia.
She didn't end up in the movie, of course, and that's presumably down to scheduling issues.
Time will tell whether Kevin Feige will give an
A-Force movie the green light, but we know that there's a demand for one. and assuming Black Widow is as successful as
Captain Marvel, Disney might start pushing to bring Earth's Mightiest
Female Heroes together on the big screen.
