We reported last night that Avengers: Endgame had already bested Infinity War's preview total with a very respectable $43 million from Thursday night screenings, but the exact figures are now in, and the final tally is even more impressive.

AVENGERS: ENDGAME Spoilers - A Detailed Breakdown Of All The Biggest Moments And Reveals

The updated numbers reveal that Marvel's epic Infinity Saga finale actually took in $60 million, which means it's broken the all-time record that was previously held by by 2015’s Star Wars: The Force Awakens ($57M).

Endgame also continues to smash records at the international box office, and has amassed $305M in just its first two days on release overseas. This doesn't include an estimated $61.9M from Friday's screenings in China.

At this rate, a $1 billion opening weekend seems like a strong possibility!

Holy crap!!! So 300m isn't out of the question. It would have to pull in 240m over Fri/Sat/Sunday. So roughly 80m on each of those days.
