Hot Toys Reveals Incredible New Scarlet Witch Figure Based On Her Appearance In AVENGERS: ENDGAME

For most fans, Elizabeth Olsen's Scarlet Witch looked her best in WandaVision and Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. However, Hot Toys had done an amazing job with her Avengers: Endgame look...

Avengers: Endgame remains an undisputed classic, and while it was a movie that featured plenty of memorable moments, the Scarlet Witch's return was somewhere near the top of the list.

Unleashing her Chaos Magic to slow down Thanos, we saw how powerful Elizabeth Olsen's Wanda Maximoff had become before her story continued in WandaVision and Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. In those, she became the Scarlet Witch but the hero's Avengers: Endgame look was pretty memorable as well!

A couple of highly-detailed Hot Toys action figures will pay homage to that look with one of them a special "Artisan Edition" which will be limited to only 2500 pieces worldwide. The one comes with rooted hair for extra realism, though the likeness of both figures is staggering.

The new Scarlet Witch figure is carefully crafted based on the image of the character in Avengers: Endgame. It features a newly developed head sculpt with a separate rolling eyeballs system, and a specially applied luminous reflective effect on the eyes to emulate her using the abilities. Each head sculpt is implanted with long wavy wool hair to show off her mystic might with determination.

The newly developed body reflected her physique, and the beautifully tailored coat, vest, pants and sculpted boots to complete her iconic look. The figure comes with a necklace, ability-using effect accessories and a delicate diorama figure stand inspired by the scene when the Scarlet Witch breaks the ground when she channels her immense powers against the Mad Titan.

Take a closer look at both of the Avengers: Endgame Hot Toys figures below.

The grave course of events set in motion by Thanos that wiped out half the universe and fractured the Avengers ranks compels the remaining Avengers to take one final stand in Marvel Studios’ grand conclusion to twenty-two films, Avengers: Endgame.

Directed by Anthony and Joe Russo and written by Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely, the movie features an epic ensemble which includes Robert Downey Jr., Chris Evans, Mark Ruffalo, Chris Hemsworth, Scarlett Johansson, Jeremy Renner, Don Cheadle, Paul Rudd, Brie Larson, Karen Gillan, Danai Gurira, Benedict Wong, Jon Favreau, Bradley Cooper, Gwyneth Paltrow, and Josh Brolin.

For a time, Avengers: Endgame was the highest-grossing movie ever released with $2.799 billion at the worldwide box office. However, Avatar's re-release during the pandemic saw that return to the top spot.

Avengers: Endgame is now streaming on Disney+.

Bit [frick]ing lazy to copy and paste the description of it, changing a word here or there and then linking the description directly below it

Honestly, the one thing about Phase 4 that is growing on me is Wanda's heel turn. I don't normally subscribe to the theory of my own ideas getting in the way of me enjoying a sequel, because in my opinion no matter how good my ideas are, a professional film crew should always be able to deliver something far better than what my dumb ass can think of. And for the most part that's has been the case.

But in this case, I personally loved Wanda's arc in WandaVision and desperately wanted Wanda to be redeemed. I think many viewers and fans shared in that desperation as our connection to Wanda and Vision grew. Because we connected to them, like a family member or friend, we wanted them to find happiness.

That's why when Wanda seemingly suddenly turning full evil villain in MoM seemed so abrupt and disconnected despite all the clues being there and seeds clearly being planted that the Darkhold and her decisions to find her kids were leading her down an even more dangerous path after Westview.

I've recently been watching several YouTubers react to their first time watching the entire MCU, and as they get to WandaVision and MoM, it seems a lot more obvious now that she was definitely heading towards a full villain turn since Endgame. Seeds were planted literally from the beginning of Wanda and Vision meeting. Hell, Wanda was introduced as a villain. ALL of the signs were there, we all just hoped for Wanda redemption because she was truly well written and incredibly brought to life by Lizzy Olsen.

Of all the gripes, not picks, complaints and legitimate issues I have with phase 4 and 5 and the entire MCU, Wanda breaking bad has grown on me the most.

@TheVandalore - I really liked Wanda and thought Elizabeth Olsen did a great job. WandaVision could have been great but it fell off a cliff at Ep 6 for me.
They couldn't seem to decide what was going on, was Wanda doing this subconsciously, had she spilt into two personalities where the witch side of her was protecting the more fragile Wanda - nope she was knowingly controlling town full of people. Then gets to fly away with no consequences for her actions.

Then in MoM she's gone full looney tunes - it was jarring. Sure head canon tells you what happened but you needed to see that descent. We're told the Darkhold corrupts but that was about it.

Any reason why they take so frigging long to come out?

@Razorface1 - Cause each figure has to be hand tailored, hand painted, and now hand-hair rooted (each hair strand is glued directly to the head as if it's real hair). That and Hot Toys does like 300 figures of each of these, sometimes more, and they do like 2000 different figures at a time, while also working on prototypes for more.

@Razorface1 - Yea, they only JUST released No Way Home Doc Ock, Green Goblin, and Electro - and those were announced a few months after the film.
