This will a big relief from the dark and gloomy "Batman" movies. I like the action/adventure and the simple theme. If it aint broke, don't fix it. Avengers is a story about a group of super heros that band together and fight something that they could not handle individually.
I'm still going to watch TDKR because it will be a great movie, but so will this. completely different films that CAN NOT be compared. Nolan would never do this type of movie because he isn't that type of filmaker. You guys that say "[frick]this crap" know you are going to watch it and if you say you won't you are a liar. Simple

I don't understand the baseless hate. If this movie does well, and I truely think it will, then it only lends more impetus for a Justice League Movie or at least a World's Finest. All I can say is that we should all expect this movie to be great because it may mean good things for JLA movie. Unless you are not interested in JLA or World's Finest...which I seriously doubt. The Avengers FTW!
Also, the primary reason for seeing movies is fun and The Avengers looks as if it as lots of it with plenty to spare.

The retarted hate on this movie by some folks doesn't even bother me anymore, no matter what they say here aint changing the fact that I will be going to see this groundbreaking CBM. And they will be seeing it too no matter what they say.

Tom Hiddleston was the best Villain last year. Cant wait to see him go full blown out evil Loki

@ Lord Dickside

The Avengers will be ground breaking. A company (Marvel) has taken individual characters and made successful movies for them, who inhabit the same universe as each other and have now taken these individual characters and are placing them in the same movie. This is totally unheard of.

Batman and Robin nearly sank Batman if you didn't know.

Also DC with the exception of some Batman filmsandthe very first superman hasn't made a good film, nor a particularly successfull one. Superman was vastly dissapointing. Hopefully the new one will rock. Green Lantern just sucked and tanked at the box office.

Cannot understand why people who say the Avengers looks good are fanboys, yet you are actively trolling a website, but then again, you must just like the attention since you are obviously denied it outwith the realm of the internet.

TBH I think you using the term "Fag's" should result in You receiving a permanent ban from this site, I didn't sign up to this site to hear bile and hate such as this.

However, it shows an insight into your psyche that you state how rubbish the Avengers is going to be but you are only seeing it because of ScarJo and that homosexuals want to see Cap specifically and that he looks like a sex toy.

I think, it shows that you harbour repressed homosexual urges and that since you specifically mentioned Cap in amongst a host of sex symbol male co-stars that you yourself specifically carry a torch for Cap. you even equated him with a sex toy!!!! its obvious you find him sexualy arousing, you all basically admitted it and then you only mentioned ScarJo as an attempt to be seen as a heterosexual. (pick the one girl out of all the marvel movies you have heard straight men make comments about).

in anycase, you are simply pondlife of the lowest order. somewhere below bacteria probably.

Avengers. is gonna b a really fun film. As have all the other marvel films. Jesus, what more do some of u people want. I watch films to enjoy myself. To b honest I think Nolan's Batman movies are brilliant but I've only watched them a couple of times. I watch the marvels all the time with my family because they are FUN. And all this stuff about who's film is gonna make the most money is completely beyond me. Why would u care? Oh well, at least u make me laugh.

I am a heterosexual male with a girlfriend. (shock, gasp) Must be a strange concept to someone like yourself, a girlfriend, well not an imaginary one anyway

We are here to talk about our love for comic book movies, not to try and insult or to guess at people we don't knows sexuality.

Some people must be very lonely to troll the internet hurling abuse at other human beings.

I wonder if you proclaim to be an American, coz last time I checked, America was supposed to be the land of the free. Liberty and justice for all...So if you feel like abusing people, i guess that would make you completely Un-American.

But then I am just a Brit with class and an education so what could I know eh?
Also thanks for agreeing with my post you repressed douche.
