The future of the DC Films Universe isn't clear, but new rumours via Reddit/4Chan reportedly point to big things to come for The Batman in 2019. It's best to take this information with a pinch of salt for now, but it certainly makes for some very interesting reading.

With the character's 80th anniversary taking place that year, the current plan is for The Batman, Batgirl, Nightwing, and Gotham City Sirens to reach
theaters, while an animated adaptation of Batman: The Long Halloween and another currently unknown title will also reach DVD and Blu-ray that year.

There are other supposed "leaks" over at the source, but these are definitely among the most interesting. Could we be looking at some sort of interconnected story between the four movies?

That would be pretty damn incredible, but Warner Bros. has so far been nowhere near as organised as Marvel Studios when it comes to their shared universe, so who knows! Again, take this report with a pinch of salt for now and be sure to weigh in with your thoughts in the comments section.
