A new Nightwing fan film, Grayson: Earth One has been released online in association with the Machinima Interactive Film Festival. The fan film revolves around what would happen if Dick Grayson had never met Bruce after his parents death.



The "official" synopsis goes like this:
"Grayson: Earth One' is the re-imagined origin story of the hero known as Nightwing/ Richard Grayson. The series takes place in a new continuity on a new Earth separate from the DC Universe, freeing it from continuity restraints.

What the hell is that shit at the beginning? Is this the Crow meets Nightwing? Sucked.

I think it was really good for a fan film. The acting was Ok. My only gripe was when Batman grabbed Grayson, the acting there was bad.

I'd give a B-.

@KraftB0X I thought the same thing, and no, not going mad. You've seen it before, and I have too. It was out 5 months ago, as a trailer to a web series.

Yeah this is pretty bad. Making your own version of the character is one thing, but nothing about this guy says Dick Grayson. If you want to make a fan series thats fine, but don't call characters Nightwing and Mr. Freeze if that's not even who they are.
