Back in April an excellent parody of the song “Do You Wanna Build a Snowman?” from Disney’s Frozen became a bit of an internet sensation.  The parody titled “Do You Wanna Kill the Batman?” with lyrics penned by Hesychia7 and sung by Sydney Amber playing the Joker’s on again off again girlfriend Harley Quinn can be heard here.

Now it seems their parody has inspired animator Michael Smith to produce a short but impressive 3D animated clip of Harley trying to coax The Joker out of his cell. Those familiar with the Harley, Joker relationship will see the parallels as Harley tries to persuade the Clown Prince to come out and join her in a bit of mischief only to be rejected once again.

While the animation is small in length Smith has included the breakdown of the Animation Progression along with his notes.  As an artist I enjoy viewing the process, but I know for some that isn’t your cup of tea. So if you choose to skip forward to the surprise end credits if you will.  They begin at the 1:45 mark.

Some of Michael Smith’s credits include Nickelodeon’s “Shredderman Rules!”  and Cartoon Network’s “Ben 10: Race Against Time” along with work on video games for Realm Interactive, and, Crystal Dynamics.
